i almost bought a duck dance bred horse, with on the money red on the top side... note the almost..
i heard Duck Dance horses and Merganser's were very hot and tempermental..
what about Joak, Tufffernhel, and Depth Charge? new gelding Will is Sun Frost, Joak,Pacific Bailey and Depth Charge{twice} and Tuffernhel{twice}.. i posted his and Moon's pedigree on allbreedpedigree.com
his reg name is Leo Wills Charger and Moon's is Miss Hempen Moon
have heard nothing but fantastic things about Sun Frost, although one lady down here has said that her SunFrost gelding was pretty broncy...cant say i blame him, she has no seat and heavy hands, gives conflicting signals constantly.
I have known only one Merganser horse. A horse that was so laid back they called her Granny. No temperment there. Not much of anything there.

She may have some breathing problems though. I told a guy (who has race horses) what she was doing (breathing wise) after her work outs and how laid back she ( I was trying to buy her) was and he said it sounded like a (I know I am going to spell this wrong but I will get as close as I can) pharengeal flap? I never had her checked out by a vet (long story

) so I don't know. She had Duck Dance on her papers too. The only thing I have heard about Duck Dance horses is they tend to be small. Built and athletic, but small.
