LOL geez, ok so it turns out I'm NOT going that weekend -- I'm "relocating" my border collie.  He finally found a home.  That's MY reason for going to OK, dunno about anybody else.  So it turns out I *am* available that weekend.... :D

Well since nobody has been talking about this here as of late, and I am not sure how many were planning on this anyhow, I'd like to make a suggestion (for this year anyway)... Let's just do it at Caesar's Creek in Waynesville, OH...  Would be good for an allday Saturday thing, with possible overnite campout (then go home and shower the next day).... What's everybody think???

Ok. Where is that exactly? I have been doing allot of hauling and driving lately. How long would that take to get there from the other side of Indiana? What weekend were you thinking of?

Caesar's Creek is probably about a 45 minute haul North of Cinci on I-71 (up 71 to StRt 73, then west just a tad towards Waynesville, about 5-10 miles or so)... it's a pretty easy to get to place, well marked, and wouldn't be too bad for a daytime ride.  It's pretty muddy usually, in alot of places, but it's been a nice dry overall summer, and there hasn't been too much rain the past few weekends so I bet it's dryer than normal, plus there's literally TONS of trails (and even a spot to ride into the lake and swim w/ the horses!)  ...

I'd be happy to go to brown co, but I don't know how to get there.  Does anybody else?  I was thinking this weekend but it's coming up soon.  Next weekend might work as well!  I was thinking a nice Saturday ride just sort of a meet-and-great thing, and then if folks wanna stay overnite and campout sat nite, it'd be ok, or if not, if we find something that's w/in a couple hours drive from everybody then there's the option of going home and not being too late.

What's everybody think?

(Caesar's creek is free to ride, I believe it might cost to camp, but I've camped there alot and never had to pay, so I'm not sure how that works...)
