turn I am so happy to hear from you. It is not red-neck country that would be Missouri. Montana is close to my neice who lives in Wyoming almost on the Montana line. Cooking turkey is not a big deal. I just don't follow the directions, put oven on 325 clean the damn thing, stuff an apple, a stick of butter, and a couple of stalks of celery in the cavity, spray it with cooking spray and throw it in the oven for hours. It comes out moist and done and the meat falls off the bone. You can do it
