I have been busy working.  Really need to go through all the junk in the house and barn and start throwing things away that don't need to make the move and I need to start boxing up some stuff to take out a little at a time.   Plan on trying to move a few of the horses starting the first of September, hope to have them all moved out by the end of October and most of the house stuff too!   It really is dead in here anymore, no more anyone.  Okay guys, get on the board

Hey!  Oh let me know if you have a barn garage sale!  I love going to garage sales and finding out that they have horse tack there!  I still can't beleive you are moving!  Ramsey and I need to plan a time to come see you and the babies before you move.  Will you work when you get out to the new place?

I have been trying to ride every day, but it works out more to be 3 times a week.  I started my moms black and white mare, hoping we can get her sold before winter.  You know how that is though.  Work is starting to slow down a bit.  It's fair week here so it's really dead!  Tomorrow I am judging the horse part of the Showman of Showman, thats always fun.  They make me talk infont of people and I get nervous, thats the only thing I don't like about it!

It has been really dead around here!  I don't know what happend to everyone!  '

Yes, I will be finding a job out in Kansas, I hope.  I need to support my barrel habit.  I hate moving.  I usually take most of my horse stuff to the consignment corner of the local tack store to sell.  Going to give a lot of stuff to the local goodwill including the appliances (those I can take a write off for)

Hey guys......I agree with the whole all work and no play leaves me no time for whats really important.  I think half my problem is the lack of horses around here.  I miss riding.  They are all ok I guess.  I want to throw a bit of a fit.  My dad did not listen to the shoer and left them all bare foot on flipping volcanic ash.  I guess it is incrediably abrassive and two of my horses Buddy and Bop are not even ridable cuz they have very little foot.  Cash the big guy is but he is being a major ass and has dumped dad the last two times they have rode.  Once he freaked out about some blacktop patch (which makes no sense cause he is rock solid) he was barefoot and slipped and fell in the middle of the road.  The other accident was when he fell into a bog on the river bank.  I am actually quit concerned about that dad of mine riding without someone with him anymore.  He has been lucky and not gotten hurt but still......I want to get up to see the horses before the end of summer we will see though its been a suck ass summer no sun just clouds and mist like at the beach.  Hope you all are doing good keep on riding for me cuz let me tell you this sucks.

Dang turnin, he better be careful!  Does he at least ride with a cell phone?  Or walkie talkie?  Anything would be good.  Flare gun?  lol.

I myself have been busy as usual.  The wedding wrapped up nicely, but then I started working at that new job of mine.  That didn't last long.  It literally sucked the essence right out of me.  I didn't even feel like turning on the computer when I got home, even if I had time.  I'd leave at 7am and wouldn't be back until after 7pm, and then all last week I had swimming lessons (well, I mean I was taking the kid to them LOL).  I haven't really done much riding, except the weekend after the wedding, me and my Hubby (feels so good saying that) and 1wild and her hubby and some other friends of ours went camping.  We were out trail riding and got caught in a torrential dounpour, it was awesome!  Hubby did GREAT!  And the horse he was riding did even better!  We'd buy him if we had the money.  So he tells me the other nite "I think you got me hooked" LOL!  So now that he has a concrete floor in his garage he wants me to bring home the trailer and our Motorhome so we can work on fixing that up, and we'll be out riding more.  I can't wait to get back into barrels more!!  Ok enough for now.  I have more work to do.  smile

Turnin- honey you need to get back on the horses.  You sound so stressed and lonley with out being able to ride.  I miss the old Turnin...  Hows that son of yours doing?

Val- I hate moving too.  Let a lone a big ol move like you all are doing!  You take your tack to that little tack store you took us too?

Ramsey- Thats right get back to work! Ha!ha!

Since Ramsey is working from home again I told her I would be riding her ass to get her work done!  She is determined to show Hubby that she can make this work as her income!  She is probably sick of me because everytime we talk I'm asking her what all she has gotten done, what her plans are etc.

I'm here. Been getting my child support payments set up, job hunting, enjoying the last bit of time with Jeremy before school starts, get the damn grass mowed and waiting for Bonnie to have her pups. AND trying to squeeze in riding time with Cooper on the rare occasions when George is home. Basically too much to do and not enough hours in the day! And our computer has been crashing so much sometimes it isn't worth the effort of trying to get online.

Val, you aren't getting rid of a riding mower when you move are you?Huh?

Life ain't about how fast you run, or how high you climb, but how well you bounce.

Val, no position for me to come back to. They said I'd be at the top of the list when they hire again but who knows when that'll be. Ah well, it was nice while it lasted.

Hi guys Turnin here.

Well all is about the same.  The son is pissing me off he is probably going to throw away multiple college football scholarships for two reasons.  He is lazy and has a new girlfriend.  He needs to get off his ass and work on his achademics and he would have a ride to college but thats not gonna happen cuz he has to ask her if its okay to take a wizzz let alone go to college.  It is positively heart breaking to watch him throw it all away.  I have Al Bundy in the making.  Shannon keep the girls away from your kid!!!!!!!

Even if I went to see Buddy he is still not even sound so that would suck.  Bop is better and Cash is still fine except for being an ass about the whole road.

Wedding planning is about the same.  Now the parents have bought another bar.  What the hell they are going to do with another bar is beyond me.

Work has me completely beyond caring.  They promoted a guy to a general manager position.  He was there nearly as long as me.  But then they went and promoted a flipping 22 year old kid to first assistant over me.  Now that fricking pissed me off and I am in the process of job hunting.  I have 5 years at that company as a manager.  They made this kid a manager 2 days before I transfered there???  Bull crap ladies he has a bananna and two grapes in his jeans or he would never have been promoted.

Now that all thats out I think we need to find Shannon a riding lawnmower.  We need to find Val a team of hunky moving men and I will be more then happy to suppervise their work from a lawn chair in the yard.  Ramsey and wild you two look like ya got it going on.  Keep working Ramsey and Wild keep crackin your whip.

Well I am gonna go nighty nighty ladies I will check in again soon.  Keep on ridin ladies remember to ride once for me.
