Vinney was born on a Sat. I contacted the stallion owner via e-mail that Tuesday. She said she would get the BC out with in the next 2 days. We had been chatting once a week on e-mail and she would keep promising to mail it. I still haven't got it, nor have I heard back from her about the pictures I e-mailed her of the colt the second week of June. How long should I wait before I get angry? What is the normal time a stallion owner should send them out? Thanks!
