No, tornado alley runs from the panhandle of Texas up through western Oklahoma, western Kansas and up into Nebraska.  The area we are in has the same tornado activity as Indiana does.  The storms were about 250 miles  from us.  I don't think some people know that southern Kansas is about 560 miles wide.  Sid has had some rain and that is about it.

Those twisters were horrible looking.  There was one tornado in Washington about 45 years ago that caused some damage other then that they do not happed here.
